I would be to if that were the case....isn't a new year simply that, a new year?

@Chris can we get clarification on this rule? I won last year, am I ineligible until the month after I won, or does the beginning of a new year reset the clock?

Apparently is 12 months from your last win. I assumed calendar year as well. chris messaged me a few days ago about it so it was an expected removal.
