Squealing noise

I have a 2004 Wrangler X it's a 4.0 6 cylinder. For months now I have had a squealing noise. I replaced the belt, idler pulley and the tensioner pulley. Still had the squealing noise just not as bad. Took it to the shop to help pin point the issue but they are unable to find it as well. They thought that it might be a vacuum leak but did not find one and said mechanically it is in great shape. The noise is not consistent and lately is seems louder. It will happen when at an idle and/or when I am just getting on or off the gas. In both cases it usually only happens at the temperatures between 150 and 200 and if it has been running a while, like if I have been driving 20 minutes or more. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Did you listen to the pulley bearings, water pump, and alternator with an automotive stethoscope, or big screwdriver, or piece of hose?

Be careful around the fan and belt if you do.

Vacuum line might be collapsing. Drive it around, when noise starts take off air intake and look around. Suspect vacuum line from Valve cover to bottom of throttle body.
