That wouldn't work, no matter how you did it. A normal calendar year is 365 days and leap year is 366 in order to realign with the Gregorian calendar, which is a true year (based off of a 400 year cycle). A true year is roughly 365.2422 days according to Nasa and 365.2425 according to the Gregorian Calendar, that's why we add 1 day every 4 years.
Im retired, I don't give a crap what day it is. Unless I run out of Capt'n Morgan. Then its "run to the liquor store" day
