These three elbows absolutely fry on the side of the intake manifold- down low on the drivers side.

Two of them can be replaced with Dorman part number 47092 and then there’s a smaller one that I believe you can find-

If yours are stock you need to take a close look.

These also work- I keep spares. The exhaust heat roaches ‘em.

Coming from a pervert who’s latest “mod” it to move his metal grab bars backward 5”
and prevent entry into the vehicle 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@John Cooper is a smart man. I did the same mod to prevent my wife from wanting to ride with me. 20 tiny stitches in her head and I'm free again.

NAW, now you know Andy spends lots of money ! but it's on useless shit like heated seats in ALABAMA 😱 I mean thats like being out in the middle of a lake and buying water !

Guys I really don’t know what you’re doing but I’m just trying to help everybody. Chris if this is not productive just delete the thread.

Thanks
Andy

Are these on all model years?

I think so - but I’m noticing a difference in placement and how many- But as a whole the vacuum pull comes from the intake- They are sort of tucked away out of obvious sight and I cannot imagine how many jeeps are running around with a code or about to have a code- As well as other problems.

It could be possible that there aren’t as many on earlier models and I noticed there’s a difference in my 05 and 06 as far as how many.

I’ve had about half a dozen of these rigs and I’ve got to the point that it’s just standard issue for me to keep some and replace them right away.

The one in the image was one that I didn’t see and it’s split wide open.
