I’m trying to remove the steering wheel on my 05, I can’t get the bolt off, any tips? I’m afraid to strip it, it seems seized up good, it’s already tricky because the wheel wants to turn with the bolt.

Lock the steering by removing the key. It is probably lock tighted in. Do you have an impact? Make sure the socket you choose is the correct size. I would day to add some heat but there are sensitive wires nearby

Locking the steeeing wheel worked, it let me get more leverage, thanks a bunch it was indeed loc tited up
