Would this remote start keyless entry system work on my 2004 TJ?

That's universal so it will work on any vehicle as long as you know how to wire.
 
No idea on if this will work with your TJ but I have a nustart, which apparently is the same thing, in my Chevy Silverado. Works great.
 
We have a Python 460HP on ours. Has alarm and keyless entry - no remote start. Works really well, and even though it's only a two-door, I find it extremely convenient to not have to worry about locking the doors.

I've had Compustar systems on two different vehicles. They worked just fine and had at least as much range as the factory KE/RS systems I've used. Quality wise, I don't think you'll have a problem with it.
