Hi, replaced the clock spring 11 months ago and everything worked great. Now, same old. no cruise control and horn, I suppose it is trashed again. How do i check, super thanks.

The way I check them is to verify that the cruise control and horn work. If they don't, it is probably the clock spring. The last clue is if it starts idling poorly since they ran the sensor ground through the clock spring and if that breaks, it messes stuff up.
