Hello I recently had an issue pop up on my tj were my blower motor has quit working at all on every climate settings no heat or ac it started out as shut off randomly then quit altogether I was wondering if my issue is either my climate control switches or the blower motor resistor (I already checked the fuse and it's getting power) thanks for any info!

Random quitting usually point to the motor but it is good practice to change the resistor at the same time.

What year? I know the 05 and 06 have problems with the switch overheating and burning up at the connector, and the replacement is hard to find.

Yeah, I think you have to buy the whole panel as a replacement. IIRC, my son just replaced his a couple months ago. It had burned up at the back of the switch.

Well i thought that originally but the whole problem happened in the span of a couple hours it started slowing down then would shut off and turn back on then just quit.

The root cause of those issues is the fan motor whose windings start shorting together. Replace both it and the resistor pack together to start. Closely examine the wiring too, the fan motor commonly gets it hot enough to melt the insulation.
