FYI:

Had to go to HD for some home project stuff and walked by the small auto section and was surprised to see Pennzoil HM 10W-30 5 qts for $22.48! That's as good a price as WM would have it and exactly what I just paid on Amazon. Surprising because their oil prices are usually pretty high. WM hasn't had it in stock for a while here.

Is it conventional or a blend?

It was exactly the same jug I just got that doesn't say blend anywhere where 5w-30 says synthetic blend. HD website calls it a blend and also full synthetic!
It should be conventional.

Thanks. Labeling and seller website descriptions are very confusing these days. I think the only way to know for sure is to check Pennzoil website.

If you click on the 5w-30 and 5w-20 it says synthetic blend on the jug lower left, click on the 10w-30 and 10w-40 it doesn't.
https://www.amazon.com/Pennzoil-550045205-quart-10W-30-Mileage/dp/B01MF9B4EA/?tag=wranglerorg-20

Also in the full description further down it says:
Pennzoil High Mileage SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil is a synthetic blend motor oil engineered for cars that have accumulated more than 75,000 miles and provides proven wear protection.
and:
Pennzoil High Mileage SAE 10W-30 Motor Oil is engineered for cars that have accumulated more than 75,000 miles and provides proven wear protection.
This is Pennzoil boilerplate text. Not conclusive but would indicate the 10w-30 and 10w-40 are conventional oils. No reason not to call an oil a syn blend if it is.

I'll send Pennzoil an email and find out for sure.
