Anyone running the MORryde/Exogate kit with a 33 inch tire with no body lift? If so did you get away with not adding the brackets that space the tire up higher and further away from the body?

I have seen where someone fit a 35 without using the brackets but, they had a 1.25 body lift. By doing that they didn't have to add a crazy amount to the snubbers to hit the tire. I don't have any body lift. Right now i have the stock bumper but, i have a dirtworx coming.

I'm finally getting around to a full size spare etc.

Not exactly what you're asking for but may help. I'm running the MORryde kit with a 33/10.5/r15 KO2 spare mounted on the OEM spare carrier and have a 1 25" body lift.

If I didn't have the body lift, I'd probably need to add the bracket that came with the MORryde to elevate the tire (not currently installed).

Even without using that bracket, I did have to use the snubber extensions.

Thank you both. Pictures are great. Based off of these it should be tight fit. but, i think i'll try it without the extra brackets for now. A little rub/resting on bumper aired down might be better than putting it up and further out.

UPS dropped it off today. Can't wait for work to be over today. :)

I did take off most torx bolts last night but, ended up stripping 1 on the lower hinge on the tailgate side so i can't open it and get at the last bolt either. I have an extraction kit coming from Amazon today. I was heating them up and guess I got a little over confident and didn't get that one hot enough. All the other ones came off easily. Overall not bad.
