Weird sound while warming up

Over the past few days I’ve had an intermittent noise on startup, only in the morning when it’s first warming up. Any idea what it might be before I get a chance to investigate? Attached is a YouTube link I posted of the sound
 
You can sometimes put WD-40 on a pulley in the center of it if it quietens down that will tell you -

Also exhaust leaks will sometimes present themselves at warm-up then go away

thanks! I think its definitely is a pulley and not exaust related.. has a squeak sound to it.
