You've been around on the forum - I'm just glad to see you over here talking about this project. 
You guys do stop snow at some point up there in WA... right? Spring will arrive?
I know I can't wait for winter to turn into spring and not keep going hot/cold. Hopefully your bodily ailments align with that turn in the weather for progress again — I don't know WA so that change in weather could be tomorrow or 5 years from now. You people and measuring snow in feet. We finally got measurable snow here for the first time in 2 years...

This tendon doesn't want to heal. I took 2 weeks off hoping it would get better. But that repeated motion of 16 bolts getting tightened down hurt it again.

Our snow has actually been gone since mid February but it's been cold. We were up to 70* 2 weeks ago but it's been back in the mid 40's this week.
Thanks, I might have to go back and see the doctor and go to some physical therapy for it.

Depending on what they did, they had to stand in front of me most times first.
I have no doubt you'll do what you need to get yourself to 100%. You said you went with the amputation to alleviate the pain but would never give up your normal mobility. Encouraging you to keep up that mentality on all your limbs!
I enjoy your posts on this project. I'd rather wait for more by knowing you're doing yourself right!

Getting old aint for pussy's. Spent seven days in ICU in January, they sent the preacher in because I was in such bad shape Pneumonia, Edema and heart failure Kidney Failure. I don't remember the preacher coming in my wife asked do you remember the preacher, I was like shit no did I say anything stupid, yes, What I'd say, Well when he asked what religion I was, I told him whichever one gets me to heaven. I just about FAFO

Believe me I'm going to keep at keeping myself mobile. I'm just frustrated more than anything that this DAMN shoulder won't heal up.
I've said that more than once... I also tell everyone that if I'd know I was going to live this long I'd have taken better care of my body. If I could even come close to figuring out how many pushups I've done in 28 years of service... And then all the wrenching I've done and what it's done to my shoulder.
I've been extremely lucky so far as I've never been in the ICU not even when I was shot. Glad you're doing better and still kicking.

Well ICU sucks, I swear when I went to the first ER that Dr had be a Military Dr. her Rx was take an Tylenol. I got the hell out of there ASAP. Went to a different ER. My heart was at 20% output. 100,000.00 dollars for seven days

While I'd LOVE to say I'll get back to 100% I'll never be there again.....
Remember I'm mostly 80% or 85% max depending on how you rate the missing body parts... So I'll never be 100% again...

Every day you're above ground is a good day & being upright & able to walk is even better.
So am I. It's taken me a LOT longer than I'd originally planned & hoped. I just feel like it fights me every time I'm getting close.

Since ya'll had to give me grief I bought a BT adapter for my stereo.
Now to get it hooked up and my phone connected to it.. That might be the death of me.

I swear this thing just wants to FIGHT me every time I turn around. I didn't mess with wiring on the Jeep as far as plugs or thing other than what I had to disconnect on the manifold when I pulled the heads. But now my dash isn't getting power nor my fuel pump. OBD II port has power but I can't even make the fuel pump power up in the function test. So something got disconnected or I missed a ground strap or something when I was bolting it back to the engine. But I only got about 2 hours sleep last night so I'm done for the day and will attack this issue tomorrow.
I'll look at the FSM wiring in a while and see if I can figure out a common point that could be causing this. I'm sure it's something simple or hope it is.
