Show me your head unit

Yeah I went with this single den boss elite and you can also remove the screen and store it. I originally was going to go with the double din touch screen so it can stay flush. But I liked this look better. I still used the double din dash I just bought an attachment to put underneath the single den radio so I just keep my usb and microphone there behind the screen

You just need the harness adapter(s) and a single-DIN conversion piece for the dash. No cutting. And that looks like the one, but it doesn’t look like they offer it anymore. It’s not on their site, which is a shame because the proportions made it look like it was made for a TJ or XJ. Everyone seems to want a bigger screen.

Just picked up a JK and will be going with one of their units again, though.

I have a single din already in but I can’t find any harness adapter for the tj are you sure I’ll need one? They sell the unit on Amazon and there’s no bad review in relation to have the adapter ?

When I bought mine, it was terminated in an ISO connector. I bought this which had the harness adapter to the TJ, and I bought this with plans to make an adapter harness with it. But it was early in the days of COVID so it didn’t arrive in time. I ended up just cutting the ISO harness off and adding the TJ harness in instead.

If you zoom in on the harness, you can see the heat shrink.

But there are plenty of TJ radio harness adapters on Amazon for the - 2002 And the 2003+.
