Another TJ6 build

It’s official, body works sucks to get flat lol. Passenger side turned out flat and good, the driver side bubbled out. I heated with a torch and it helped a lot but I’ll be putting some aluminum body armor on so I guess it doesn’t matter. I used some .23 wire on my welder to try and keep the heat down which I think helped.
 
Nice work. May have missed it, but what did you wind up with for wheelbase?

I used either .30 or .35 for the stitching (butt welds). I didn't do to much at one time so went from one side to the other. I didn't have any warping. With the right settings it'll also keep the bead flat without burning through. I did use armor over it though. I'm curious how you are going to do the lower part of the panel from the inside. as well as the floor.

Don’t know yet, if I had a bunch of time I’d like to do some type of lockable storage/floor and side of tub on each side but I’m trying to finish this thing for a trip and running out of time.
