Going to change out the transmission mount, the jeep is an 03 Rubicon with a 5 speed and RE long arm lift.
Anything I need to be aware of? I'm assuming it's pretty straightforward, support the transmission, drop the belly pan, remove the old one and replace with the new.
I've already broken the belly pan bolts free so no issues there.

I'm looking to do something similar. You have a link to what you bought? I'm going to replace skid with a flat sheet of aluminum but there seems to be a spacer between skid and trans. Not sure if my long arm kit has my trans at stock hieght

You got it. Since you're lifted you probably wont even need to jack the Jeep up. Just support the TC and Transmission while you're doing it. Super simple job.
