So, I did this today.....

2015 Rubicon. Came across a good deal, and couldn’t pass it up. I’ll have it paid off end of the year.

This things drives very nice! More electronics that I’m used to, but I really like it.

It has 33x11.5 Mastercraft mud tires, which I’m not a fan of. And it drives me crazy the spare is stock size. Wheels aren’t bad, but not what I would have went with.

My plan is to go with a 2.5” lift and run 35’s. Probably change out the bumpers, add a Warn winch. Keep it simple, as it’ll be MY family vehicle for the 2 babies. Wife can drive her Grand Cherokee.

TJ is now a weekend vehicle!

I’ll just have to start researching JKU’s now. I’m in uncharted territories.

The Mopar 2" lift with Fox shocks and spicer front driveshaft is really good for the price(1300)...I put it on mine recently, with and really like it. Drives really good!

You would if the JKU had 3.21 gears. Being a Rubicon, you’re at 4.10.

I’m not 100% sure if I’ll go 35’s yet though. It does have a nice look with 33’s.

Most JKRs that are autos came with 3.73s 4.10s were not standard it was a 500 dollar upcharge so tons of people declined to have them for some reason lol. Might want to check your build sheet out by looking your vin up to be sure you have 4.10s.
Wait a minute you didn’t pay cash for this purchase?? Thought you only paid cash for vehicles no loans and all that stuff haha. I like the color tho. My all time favorite is Tank. They are super rare to find low mileage with 4.10 gears.
