P1776 and funny noise

My 06 tj with 42rle just threw a P1776. Trans guild recently changed a few months ago, fluid levels ok, and have not checked anything else. The other oddity is this weird winding noise com8ng from near the trans under neath. See the video link below with sound on. It starts at the trans oil pan and moves forward.

Any idea what the noise is? Is it related to the code? If so, does this help pinpoint the issue?
