I know it's a crappy photo but my hand tremors. A guy with tubes etc coming out of his legs, somehow flipped his mobility scooter. I was there before the deputy got there. They didn't want to move him until the fire department checked him out.

He was talking, and thanking the lawn care guy for calling for help. I think he will be okay.
