Front stablizer bar - correctly installed?

I installed the front stabilizer bar a couple of years ago, following the FSM and torquing it as required.

Now that I look at it, should the rubber boot at the top of the link be pulled up to the bar? Regardless of the torque need?

Looks like the joint came apart. Also don't see much grease.

Thanks. I just checked and they are still torqued to 45 ft-lbs per the FSM so this must be how I installed them. Do I go higher on the torque?
