I’ve passed by this place several times but never have time to snap pictures but I did today! They have 4 TJ Rubicons with under 90k miles on them, one of those being a legit Rubihara. I crawled under each one and they all have clean frames axles and drivetrain/suspension components, zero rust. I’m pretty sure they’ve spent all of their lives here in AZ.

Just in case any of you are interested :D Cottonwood, AZ.

Sorry to hear someone tackled you while you were taking the last photo and knocked the picture out of whack...
Yeah I’m not entirely sure why I took it like that. I noticed it when I was posting. Must be my inner millennial getting the better of me. Back from where you came, demon!

You’d be surprised at how common this is. Prescott, Cottonwood, and Sedona are primarily made up of retirees per capita. Many of these older folks will buy the hottest Jeep on the market (aka the Rubicon) and it will hardly ever see more than the occasional dirt road. Then they get tired of it and trade it in for something else after a few years. That’s how I scored my 2002 with 58k miles.

There are tons of low-mile, super clean Rubicons for sale around the area, both dealer and private owned. It’s just rare to see 4 of them all at once on a lot lol.

It's just what it sounds ...it's a Rubicon drive train in a Sahara trim package . The made about 1000.

I used to live in Yuma and he is absolutely right. Especially right now......it's snowbird season in Yuma. Many of the cotton top generation migrate to Yuma and bust out the Jeep to go ride the trails. I loved living there as there was a TON of places to go off-road anytime you wanted.

Tons of low mile Jeeps there. The prices really drop around March because they don't want to drag them behind the camper or store it another year.

Well, a buddy that I met over on steelsoldiers.com pulled some very clean M939 5 ton cargo trucks out of Arizona and New Mexico. No rust, very good trucks. So I can only imagine what the Jeeps look like.

I just purchased a 2002 red TJ, standard for $10.5k that is very clean and original. I was looking for a Rubicon, but couldn't find one to suit me in Oklahoma or Texas for less than $17k. My friend bought 38 acres in Northern Arizona, you guys are making me want to go out there and find a minty Rubicon the next round, because I have already figured out that one Jeep isn't going to be enough.
