Is this a blown head gasket?

Just put my Cam position Sensor on and noticed the side of the motor is wet. No over heating and the radiator leaks so I'm not sure if I'm loosing antifreeze. I've owned it 3mths all in the winter so I'm not sure if it would overheat in warmer weather. The engine runs excellent!

Yes
That looks like normal tj engine dirt mixed with a bit of typical engine seepage.
May I ask, what led you to replace the cam sensor?
I got a CPS code and had intermittent rough start and engine dying associated with the codes. It doesn't happen everytime so it will take time to know if it fixed the issue but the engine started with no issues tonight.

If you're bored tomorrow, remove the valve cover, clean both mating surfaces and the gasket, or install new and reassemble.
I reused the plastic valve cover gasket on my 2.5L... cleaned everything well, reassembed, and no leakage, for now :-)
