Will these speakers work in my TJ?

I just installed 6.5" Kickers in the sound bar with some old pillow stuffing & 5.25" Kickers in the dash with the 5.25" adapter & the foam baffles. Definitely sounds better. And a LOT louder.
Also have a 6.75" Kicker subwoofer & 200.1 amp on it's way.
The PO had already installed a Sony deck in my 02 TJ. Looking forward to getting the sub in there soon.

The subs will add alot! Any issues getting the 6.5s to fit in the 02's sound bar?

Also, how to do put the pillow stuffing in? Literally just stuff it around the speakers? I guess no worries for a fire hazard? <--probably a dumb question. 😑

Yea, I added 2 8" Kicker subs to the stereo in my Chevy Avalanche and that made a HUGE improvement!
No issues getting the sound bar speakers to fit. They definitely don't sit deep inside. Sound really good.

Lol, yea, I just stuffed it in there. Not a ton of it. Pretty standard to open a speaker box up & find some sort of poly fill inside.
You could also use the foam baffles like the dash, some pieces of foam rubber, etc.

adding these to the top corners of the dash will really improve the system bringing more sound up front. just tap off the lower dash speakers and the crossover inline will filter out the low level sound from the teeters.
