I have a 04 Wrangler unlimited 42rle trans 4 speed and when I’m idling in any gear park, neutral, drive,reverse, 1st, or 2nd I hear this clunking almost like scratching noise inside the cabin coming from the passenger side and right at the transmission. It is not affecting the performance it is just annoying at times. And I can only really hear it when I have the radio off. Anyone know what is happening?

That’s what is sounds like I don’t know what it is. It only happens after I runs for a minute too.
No I just learned to ignore it over time. Does it sound like it’s coming from the transmission for you too?
Have you checked the transmission mount? How about the exhaust hanger directly above the skid plate?
