Torque spec for wheel adaptors?

Blue loctite, torque to 100lbft. If the studs protrude too far check that the rims have a pocket for them to fit into, if not cut the studs shorter.

Yes. I always add a dot of blue Loctite also. Don’t use red, you’ll never get them off. And go back and check them in a few hundred miles.

That may end up breaking the loctite and provide an incorrect torque reading.

I put them on dry since that's how the wheels mount and since the rotors and drums eventually need to be removed.

You guys using Loctite on the lug nut threads need to remember to reduce the ft-lbs. specified in the FSM by 20%. The FSM ft-lbs are for dry unlubricated hardware and Loctite/antiseize acts as a lubricant. Not taking the Locktite into account can result in excessive clamping force and potentially stretched bolts.
