Cylinder 3 misfire

I have a 1997 TJ 2.5l that has a misfire in Cylinder 3. I have checked everything I can think of and cannot find the problem, looking to see if anyone has some insight as to what my issue may be.

I have checked
Spark Plugs
Wires
Compression
Electrical on all injectors

I have installed
Brand new distributor less than 2k miles ago
Crate engine with less than 10k miles
Brand new ECM installed less than 2k miles ago
Brand new injectors today

Still continues to misfire, and I cannot figure it out. Has anyone else had some wierd problem like this and fixed it? Thank you

Yes on distributor cap, plugs clean and made sure there was spark, checked continuity on all wires

I’ve ensured my wires are all in the right position on the distributor cap as well as on the plugs, and all my plugs have spark.
