Any recommendations on replacement shafts?

Disclaimer: Don’t put your Jeep on jackstands and run it in your garage. It could be dangerous.

USA made axles listed below...not a fan of the import stuff, personally.

Dutchman makes their axles in the USA. Even their bolt in replacement shafts are custom made. A simple phone call can have you one around $200 with hardware

Moser makes their axles in the USA but cost more. TJ Specific.

Dynatrac doesnt list them on their website, however, I am 70% sure that they can get you some made in the USA axles for your TJ Dana 44.

Revoltion Axle makes a USA made 44 axle. They carry a really nice warranty.

@Fouledplugs I googled up Revolution. Was curious why in the “title” they say their rear shafts are for ‘03-‘06 only? But in description they say ‘97-‘06?

Mines an ‘02.

I didn’t think there was a difference. Is it and ABS thing or something like that? Or simply a misprint?

Rubicon was 03-06 and has a different spline count, if my memory serves me right. Could be wrong. Otherwise the other measurements should be the same which is why all years are listed.

Edit: Nope! I’m wrong. Same spline count

I'm pretty sure all TJ D44s are 30 spline. JLs and maybe JKs have different spline counts for the Rubicon IIRC.

It may be disc vs drum brake

The title specifically says "with disc brakes" and under the fitment ran they give specific years and models it's compatible with. They have numerous rear TJ axle offerings so check their site for one that works with your Jeep.
