Is there supposed to be a vacuum cap here?

Never mind I was finally able to pull a picture from Google. It seems these canisters are very different across years and models. It is as it should be.

I'll try again. Its amazing how these pics show up in context in Google image searches. This will be the only one from a 1997 TJ Sport if it works.
