Just bought a 2004 LJ. Already have a nice equipped 98 TJ. This will be for my 16 YO daughter. Pics below.

BUMPERS: I ran Poison spyder bumpers on my 98 and like them. Anything else out there I should be looking at? I have a local powder coater. Not into stingers, Like the short or mid-lengths. Will need front/rear match.

Rock rails or steps: I ran Poison spyder bumpers on my 98 and like them. We will be installing 2.5 OME and 1" body. It is an LJ so I am guessing nit as much option as a TJ....

Flares: I have the extended factory-style on my 98. We are in PA and they ticket for wheels sticking out past. I am running front factory fenders. I was thinking :
Bushwacker 10920-07 Flat Style Flares for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ

Tires: Will be running 16" rubi stock wheels. Would like to run 33"s max. Could go lower if need be. Recommends? I have Terra grappler now and love them on my 98.

Undercoating: Have been looking at NHOU. What undercoating is best? I live in Northeast PA and she will be daily driving it. Very little rust underneath. Want to apply now and save it fort he long term. Before or after lift install? I am thinking before. Thoughts?

Any info on where to buy for best deal also appreciated.

Last time I ordered the Poison Spyder stuff on eBay with a 20% off coupon and save a bunch!

FYI, your title is a little jumbled and unclear (actually comes across as incoherent). Probably causing some people to skip over it.

Savvy bumpers, Savvy rock sliders, GenRight tube fenders, and no undercoating (just don't drive it when there's salt
on the roads).

As for tires, stick with 15" wheels if you want to run C rated tires in a 33" size. The only 33" options for a 16" tire are all E rated, which are a terrible choice for a Wrangler that is driven primarily on the street.

Undercoating is a concern. Mine is a garage queen. Her's will be daily to and from school.

How does the aluminum Powdercoat? Never had it done before...

What do you think about the plain bumper and using a hitch or their hitch bumper? Sometimes I need to pull a 6x10 utility trailer around locally in the city.

i've powder coated their aluminum parts plenty of times, it holds up great!

They will always media blast before they powder coat anything. My Savvy bumper and other aluminum parts have all been powder coated black.

I don't believe their hitch bumper is rated to tow with, so you'd want to use their hitch-less bumper and pair it with a receiver hitch that attaches to the frame (y)

BUMPERS: https://www.thedirtworx.com/shop without the winch guard

Rock rails or steps: Rubicon take-offs

Flares: extended factory-style

Tires: something good in snow and ice

Undercoating: Fluid Film or similar - avoid think "rubberized" undercoating

For my input, just got a set of fishbone off-road bumpers, there out of boardman, oh and doing great things! Check them out for bumpers.

Why savvy fan?

Why savvy fan?

I like almost everything Savvy makes because I know who designed it, how well it's made, and the thought and engineering that goes into their designs. I'm in the mindset of "buy once, cry once", and Savvy makes those kinds of parts where you'll generally only have to buy them once.
