There are slight performance gains with the JET chip, but 25 HP you will not see. 3-5 is more realistic.
That, is the key to sub 10 second 1/4 mile times. You should take it to the track and hustle.
P.S. Make sure you launch in 4 Hi and kick it in to 2WD once you're moving. This will help keep those pesky front wheels on the ground.

Take it off an see if it makes a difference then report back. Be careful not to bend pins in the ECU or module.
