That seems like too much even IF it was an 05 or 06 Rubicon. Wasn't there one with the Rockcrawler Bumpers and the factory Winch for about that price?
 
Title above says unlimited. Not sure but assume Collins has it that way too.

Correction, does not say unlimited on Collins. Must have been just in the email they sent.
