When turning the steering wheel to the left there lots of vibrations while driving. (None when going right). While driving I also have to hold the wheel to the left otherwise it wants to go to the right. The joint around the end of the pitman arm also had lots of greese around it (possible bad?). Any help would be appreciated.

Seeing grease on a component with a grease fitting is not surprising or any indication of wear. Looks like a possible tear in the first picture of the boot. You can replace the boot if the component is good. Just grease it to where the new grease pushes any contamination out. Check for play in all of your steering components including the ball joints. Check your tire pressure and then adjust the toe-in and take it for a ride and see what it is doing.

Play between the wheel and the axle, sometimes you can feel play between the disc and caliper or roughness when you spin the wheel. I don't know the best way to test them. I've heard some people just swap them to test.
