Well-known dealership in DC Metro area selling an ‘04 Rubicon with rust so bad the hitch receiver snapped off. These are their own pics!

I think it was $16,700. 110K miles or so. Everything else looked good in pics, but I won’t bother to go inspect it.

I would think the snapped receiver would be more caused by misuse or a poor design than rust.
 
Good point. It could have been a lazy operator and a weak weld. Maybe I should take a look and see. It’s not too far from another that looks more promising so I could swing by.

I would love to see some. The fuel tank skid looks really rusty, which is likely a sign the underside isn’t great.
