Oil Pan part identification help

Hey all, thanks for reading this and the help. What part is the part circled in red here? I’ve got a small leak from it but I don’t know what part this is. This isn’t mine leaking this is a photo from this forum that was way better than anything I took. My jeep is a 98 SE (2.5)

No oil in the starter.
Probably from the valve cover gasket from above OR a leaking oil filter; possibly even the oil pressure sending unit.
You will need to clean the area with degreaser to determine exactly where the leak is located.
