hey guys so I have what I think is the throttle return spring. I bought it without the spring and it ran fine. I recently bought the spring and installed it and now it kind of puts when I shift over 3k rpms do I need the throttle return spring????

The spring ensures that the throttle returns to idle when you let off on the gas. Not having one could cause the throttle to stick and that would suck if your cable broke or the throttle got gummed up or something. I also don't see how a spring could cause any problem. Are you sure the spring is causing your problems? If you remove it does it act normal again?
