My front end used to sit a lot lower than the rear. Now it sits 1 inch higher because of a leveling kit I got- does it look more lifted in the front? I can’t tell if I’m just seeing what I want to see.
I just see trucks driving around with the front jacked way higher than the rear and all I do is shake my head.
I’m not going for that kind of vibe- I just wanna be level.

I think it’s the goofy rear fender flares that are making it appear this way possibly.

It is a little goofy- that might be it. It’s sturdy and steel though, I stand on it all the time when putting stuff on and off the rack. Hmm

Yeah, I just think that having those fender flares in the back throws it off enough visually that it may be creating a faux rake. I could be wrong though.

Hurts my feelings ...Mine came with those! Ha, actually my 4’11” wife likes Them to climb up to the back....and Goofy I can live being....Donald or or Mickey I’m not.

Don’t get me wrong, I actually do like them. I just think they look out of place without the matching fronts 👍

I just painted the gaps black with bedliner. Here’s a before and after- looks a lot better. Thanks.

Oh yeah, ignore me. I'm not trying to criticize your Jeep, I was just thinking that maybe the flares had something to do with it.

The rake is obvious when the trailer is attached (rightfully so), but without the trailer attached, I don't really notice it.

Oh no I appreciate it! I think it was an improvement. I think that I was too used it to notice what was throwing it off in my head

And if worse comes to worse, you could always throw in a .5" spring spacer in the rear (y)

I’m kidding , all good. Football Friday Night Lights in Texas, all is right with the world!

Mine had them in front and back when i got it, they’re different and metal, so I’m good.
