So my Jeep is in need of new tires. It has a 3 inch lift and currently has 31s. I believe that 4.56 gearing (if that calculator is correct). I know the recommended lift is 4 inches. I don't do much offroading and when I do its not very intense. Plus I flexed my jeep yesterday and it doesn't flex all that much. I never care to take off the sway bars. I will post a picture of how much clearance I have when I try to max my Jeeps flex. So my question is, will 33s fit this with no issues? I will be buying new rims with 4in of backspacing. I guess if I do go to 33s and it causes issues I could just add a BL. But I don't even picture my Jeep flexing enough to put 33s in the fenders all the way😂

33s will fit on your 3" lift without issues, but you're not going to be maintaining the factory amount of up-travel. If you off-road it, this is very important.

The easy solution is to add a 1.25" body lift, which will put you back where you need to be in terms of maintaining your factory up-travel.

You're also going to need to re-adjust bump stop and cycle the suspension with the increase in tire size, but I assume you already know that.

Yes, 33's will fit and work fine, assuming you set everything up correctly (mostly referring to bumpstops).

Will there be a noticeable difference (looks wise) between my current 31x10.50r15 and 32x11.50r15? I want a pretty noticeable difference when looking at it.

It will be noticeable, yes. Huge? Probably not a huge difference, but noticeable enough.

How much of a lift is that?
2”. Had to increase my bump stop to keep them out of the fenders...a 1” BL would have worked too. I like em, but I don’t DD. If it was my DD I’d stick with 31s. Too much power loss with my auto

I kinda posted this in another place of yours, but just a touch of elaboration. I bought mine with 4.5 inches of lift. Some old Fabtech set up. Even on 33s at the time, looked like a scared spider with a pot belly because it had this ginormous t-case drop to compensate. And ZERO flex. I got it home on Friday and went wheeling the next day. Not the best experience. I only mildly offroad (plus budget orientated aka cheap) so the immediate fix was chuck the springs and shocks and put the belly back up (mostly). After SYE move it back to factory. Then I ditched the metric 33 ish D rated tires (on 16s!) and got the 15s and 32s. Mo better now.

Since you guys are splitting hairs over inches, make sure that your sizes are correct.
32r15 or 33r15 are actually 1/2" smaller, ie 31.5 and 32.5

Metric equivalent can be had much closer to the actual 32 or 33, like 255/75r17 and 255/80r17 , as well as options of anything withing + - 0.5

Yeah, and it also varies by manufacturer. 33s aren't really 33s, 35s not 35s, etc. etc. But that's the way it is. But lets be honest, the heart of the situation for most daily driver Jeep stuff is will it look cool while being functional (mostly). Otherwise, the dd crowd would all be on factory 27s lol.
