I have had hard shifting problem for 6 months. I learned that if I let my tj warm up to running temperature that the shift problem went away. Finally a computer diagnostic showed a troubled PCM. So I contacted Mark at Wrangler Fix, he took time to explain his company, its history and success stories. I purchased a PCM and it took 5 minutes to install. From the FIRST shift my problem was gone!!!
Thsnks for your help Mark..

I haven't had a need for him, but I haven't heard anything other than positive comments about WranglerFix... nice to see that in today's world. We definitely need more like him.

I haven’t had a direct need for Mark’s service yet but since my Jeep hasn’t run for almost four years (I know, I’m slow! 😞) I ordered a spare. Plan on keeping my 01 running for many more years and having a talented group like WranglerFix available to support our aging rigs is a big plus.

I wish Mark would come up with a fix for my hard shifts etc. on my Genesis 8 speed automatic transmission. Pretty sure it's the transmission but it'd be nice to learn it just needs a new PCM lol.

I wanted to chime in to help save people the hassle I had getting my PCM working again. Firstly, avoid "Module Experts" like the plague, they sent me two non-working PCM computers, were super rude on the phone, and then blocked my phone number and wouldn't ever return my emails. So, I did a charge-back on them and got my money back (thankfully). On top of all that, they never returned my original computer!

Secondly, I then purchased a computer from "Flashmasters" and it also didn't work, so I sent it back and got my money refunded. Flashmasters doesn't repair PCMs, they just program them. They were pleasant on the phone and easy to work with, but didn't solve my problem.

Finally, I tried WranglerFix. Worked like a charm, the workmanship looked excellent and the jeep runs better than it ever has. Starts right up, runs, and all gauges work like they should. I called them about my warranty since I don't have a core to send back and they offer one for an additional $75 if you don't have a core.

All in all, I recommend anyone just go with WranglerFix right off the bat, they seem helpful, care about their customers, and weren't rude on the phone. The module was shipped to me within a few days and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
