So I am trying to choose tire size and realized I've never actually measure my total lift. I thought I had a 3in lift kit (according to PO) but I went out and measured. It seems it is more like a 3.5in lift kit to me. I will attach some pics. What do you yall think? Maybe I measured wrong. And ignore the rust all over the coils. I live in the rust belt and need some new coils and springs eventually.

Correct, don't measure the rubber isolator, unless of course, their also is a spring spacer along with the rubber isolator. Some folks will add a 3/4" spacer on the front coils to level out the jeep. In the example below, the spring is removed, but you can see a 1" spacers at the top, followed by the rubber isolator.

Looks like 3.5" of lift. Good for 33" tires.

That spacer on the bottom of the spring perch is your added bump stop extension. Looks like 2". The jounce bumper you are pointing to up top should compress all the way to the metal cup it rides in, so don't include the jounce in your amount of up travel.

So... I have extended bumpstops from what it looks like? News to me😂 the PO of this Jeep really didn't tell me much about it... including a cracked head and many other issues... So does it appear I have extended bumpstops?

Yes, it appears so, at least in the front. The rear can be tricky to tell sometimes, cause most will add bump stop extension to the upper jounce cup, as the rear springs don't have interference with the jounce like they do up front.
