After a long week, Friday night is pizza night. But I got distracted.
Must have been very distracted to put 2 of them in the smoker at 1:30am;-)

Still smoking. It’s cold as hell and my pellet smoker is struggling. But a little lower than normal won’t hurt.
I wrap in 20 minutes. Hopefully done within the hour after the wrap!

I understand that. My smoke ring was a little thin since it was only 12F outside. Low and slow takes on a new meaning
