Still smoking. It’s cold as hell and my pellet smoker is struggling. But a little lower than normal won’t hurt.


I wrap in 20 minutes. Hopefully done within the hour after the wrap!
I understand that. My smoke ring was a little thin since it was only 12F outside. Low and slow takes on a new meaning😃
