Automatic Transmission Line Stuck to Radiator

To close out this thread (it's a pet peeve of mine when OPs don't report results/fixes), I'm happy to report that reassembly went fine. No exhaust leaks or coolant leaks. Need to get under the Jeep to confirm no trans fluid leaks from the lines, but I suspect none as the quick connect fittings are simple. Trans fluid seems to be at a good level on the stick with no abnormal shifting. Job done!
 
I think I had similar issues when I changed my radiator recently. The new radiator had the quick connect male ends already attached. Problem was that the radiator hoses already had the male ends attached. I don’t believe you are to take out whatever came on the new radiator so I just made the connection with a small piece of hose and clamped the lines together.
