Need help with wiring a 4.0 from a 96 Cherokee into a 97 TJ 2.5

Hello all.
Im in need of some help..... we have a 97 wrangler 2.5 5 speed... motor is clapped out... found a 96 Cherokee wrecked i6 auto and decided to swap the engines.... I’ve pulled both motors and am waiting on a trans mount to install the cut motor mount horns to reweld them. We invested in Brown dog motor mounts for the engine swap. I need help with the wiring..... I have both Jeep’s wiring... I have only disconnected the harnesses and not cutting..... any one please help with what I need to do....

You need a FSM for the 97 TJ and one for the Cherokee. Then you need to thoroughly go through the wiring diagrams in both.

you might have just saved me a whole lot of troubles..... thank you sir.... I guess I was hoping for a magic bullet but you gave me a pretty decent direction....
