Extremely bad wobble / vibration

I recently changed out my tie rods, drag link, and front track bar. I noticed a little vibration when I was up around 45mph, but not bad. Then I changed out my front springs and noticed the vibration got worse and seemed to happed when braking. Now just got done changing out the rear springs and the wobble/vibration is terrible when driving above 30mph and seems to happen randomly. Is this most likely due to the Jeep being out of alignment from all the suspension work? Thanks.

May have a bad wheel hub 1/8 in of play goes a long way I figured that out on my own also control arm bushings will make things vibrate I just replaced all my fixed lower control arm Bushings tires were out of balance had alignment Done what a difference..

Did you put the same size springs back in, or were they taller? If they were taller you’re probably getting vibes from the lift. You may have to lower your transfer. Also check your toe-in.

As posted above... when the new springs are installed and provide an increase in ride height; the driveshaft U joints operating angles have now changed. Even on a 2" lift over stock ride height driveshaft vibrations have been known to occur.
To alleviate the driveshaft vibrations you can install a transfer case drop of approximately 1", check the condition of the driveshaft U joints and replace any that look suspect (rust coming from U joint cups) or install a Slip Yoke Eliminator which is the most expensive, but is guaranteed to correct problems with driveshaft angles and remove the vibrations.

The new springs did provide about a 1" lift. It is more than just a vibration at this point, the entire front end shakes side to side , so much that it squeels the tires. Is this a "death wobble"? I have to get a good grip on the steering wheel and slow the Jeep down to around 20MPH and below to get control again.

Sure sounds like death wobble. If you had a shop do the install of tie rods, drag link, front track bar and springs, I would bring it back to have them address it.

If you did the work yourself, you'll want to start with a Dry Steering Test.

Possibly some components not torqued to spec? Maybe you can post a couple clear photos of your front end set up. There are some folks on here that can possibly give you some tips just based on a picture.

Yes, I did the work myself, tie rods, drag link, track bar, and new springs. I can double check my bolts and the torque and probably post some photos in a little bit if it will help.

maybe check your axle joints. a friend of mine bought a f350 4x4 that had front end wobble at anything over 10mph. the axle joints were so locked up that it was even hard to turn the steering wheel. when we pulled the axles you couldn't even bend the u-joints. changed them out and wobble is gone and the steering is normal now.

So I watched several videos on how to check for bad wheel beerings or hubs and just tried to shake or get my wheels to wobble and they are pretty solid. I am attaching a photo of my front end since someone suggested it.

When my hubby and I did my lift, I noticed a bad wobble when I hit bumps at speed. My problem was that we didn't torque the track bar to spec. Once we did that, it was gone and I have no issues.

Hopefully it is something that simple for your situation.
