A couple questions before starting project

Oh yeah, that thing called "life" got in the way. Yup, been there. Maybe next weekend.

Things haven’t gone quite as planned (unfortunately they are going as expected though🤔). The heads of the bolts holding the hub/bearing assemblies were so rounded that I’m going to have to cut them. I’ve ordered me from RockAuto.
i decided to go ahead with the tie rod upgrade and come back to the hub, ball joints, u-joints when I get the replacement hardware.
Is it possible to over-pack the tie rod bushings? The one on my drivers side is awfully close to the rotor(pic attached).

Sorry to hear about the hub bolts, those can be a pain.

Yes, it's possible to over-grease the steering. You'll end up popping a hole in the rubber boot and losing a bunch of grease. Eventually you'll ruin the joint after the grease gets contaminated.

That photo looks fine. Yes, they do get close to the rotor but the boot will stretch some. That boot looks like it's maxed out. I wouldn't put anymore grease in that one.

You need to grease the joint again at some point. I think you generally are supposed to do it every few thousand miles. The grease has to go somewhere, it doesn't magically disappear. If you squeeze the boot and you'll probably find out where. Holes in the boot don't wear out joints, lack of grease and neglect generally take care of that. Some joints don't even have boots, they just have guards or dust covers. There are certainly people that obsess about those boots but you don't need to. They need to barf grease if they are properly maintained.
