What do you guys have going on for Columbus Day?

I'll be wrenching on a few projects that need to get done. Trying to get the Corvette up and running. Still have to put the trans back in and finish plumbing the fuel system.

I'll be making a nice big Italian dinner in celebration. Homemade sauce with meatballs and pork. Fresh pasta, and some really nice thinly sliced chicken cutlets fried up nice and crunchy. I'll probably throw a few in the oven with some sauce and cheese on them for a few chicken parms.

I'll make sure the Italian flag is flying high and proud along side the American flag, as usual.

I just remembered, last year there was some ass clown member who responded about how I'm awful for celebrating Columbus Day. I forgot his user name, but he was being a big bitch about it.

Oh I could probably guess 😆
 
I don’t go out of my way to celebrate it, but I did have the day off of work (banking holiday) - so I got a lot done at home since my kids were in school!
