Went with the Walker Quiet Flow. It is much quieter than the old rusted flowmaster the PO had on it. I would still like it quieter but I'm just gonna have to live with what I got.

I wish. Took it on the bypass at lunch and still getting the Vibration from the back at 70+. Its not terrible but is enought to feel through my seat and feet in the floorboard and I know it's just trashing my bearings.

Vibs didnt start till the SYE and CV were put in 2 weeks ago.

I've got the tier 4 Core 4x4 adjustable arms with Johnnie Joints. They are 9 months old. This is where mines at today. It was at 0 degrees to start then 1 degree after a half turn (vibrated). I made another adjustment "1 full turn" didn't get my angle but should be between 2 or 3. Still...

Pinion angle was 0 degrees. It vibrated. It's now down to 3 degrees still vibrates. Are you saying the angle out of the transfer case is too high for the double cardon end?

I'm wondering if the the drive shaft needs to be balanced. There's no weights on it.

I've made three adjustments. All result in the same drive line vibration at 70+

Ordered my new OEM radiator and noticed the my jeep has what looks like a second radiator in front of the radiator. What is it? The new radiator just came with the one. 5 speed, 4.0.

I think a half turned helped it. It's been pouring all day so I haven't got to try it excessively however I got to 75 today and definitely had less vibration though it still has some. I think one more half turn might do the trick.

Checked with an analog angle finder today and got roughly the same angle with both. Maybe 1/2 a degree difference if any. The shaft read 16 1/2 then 17 1/2 the 17ish. The diff read 16 1/2 every time. My angle finder sucks. So with them being so close, should I raise it or lower it (shorten or...

My suspesions are ill-founded. It looks as though they did an awesome job cleaning the old transfer case and I "adjusted" the shifter with a vice and cheater bar to not hit the dash. All good! Thanks fellas

Agreed. A closer inspection shows all the same markings, even on the tag. Looks like they are badass!

Ya I pulled the shifter and bent it back. Oddly it was already bent back somewhat i just bent it back more and it clears now.
