Cant find control arm relocation brackets (geometry bracket) for TJs

Ya real happy with them. The 4s really tightened up the jeep and 1s were a dramatic change from the stock arms. On a 4 in lift mind you.

Is this a blown head gasket?

Yes I got a CPS code and had intermittent rough start and engine dying associated with the codes. It doesn't happen everytime so it will take time to know if it fixed the issue but the engine started with no issues tonight.

Is this a blown head gasket?

Just put my Cam position Sensor on and noticed the side of the motor is wet. No over heating and the radiator leaks so I'm not sure if I'm loosing antifreeze. I've owned it 3mths all in the winter so I'm not sure if it would overheat in warmer weather. The engine runs excellent!

Can new spark plugs really make a difference?

    Sweet thanks KC!

Can new spark plugs really make a difference?

Also I should mention. To this day I have never had a "pre-gap" plug actually have the correct gap it's suppose to. That includes these plugs. I use these same ones for my boat motor and everyone is a different gap every time and yes I'm aware you have to adjust this plug with the special tool...

Can new spark plugs really make a difference?

Hmmm I wonder what the gap is "supposed" to be on the XP-985 for a 2000 TJ?

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

Thank you. You know I actually read that thread a few days ago. It is very clear. I don't know why I called the stock shaft DC. I just forgot I guess. I referred to DC shaft earlier in this post with it's correct definition. Guess Ive been burning the candle at both ends here lately. Haha my...

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

So your statement was correct that my rear diff should be just 1 degree lower than the angle of the "drive shaft" not the TC? Beause right now it's like 12 degrees less than the drive shaft angle of 18.5 degrees. I'm afraid I may be using the wrong terminology so I made a pic below of my rear...

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

Yes. We are setting it up with a DC shaft. So far I've gathered it's a 4in lift with a 1inch drop TC. I'm getting 7.5 degree out of the TC, 18.5 degrees off the Drive shaft and 6.5 degrees off the Rear diff(1 degree lower than the TC). It is now vibrating the drivetrain under acceleration. Is...

This ..... I don't know what this means Jerry.. Haha.

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

Did you mean the pinion angle needs to be 1 degree below the "TC Angle"? If its suppose to be 1 degree below the drive shaft angle, I just did everything wrong.

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

Haha did I put the extra degree in the wrong way? So its suppose to be one degree up not down from the the TC line?

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

I adjusted the rear diff to be 1 degree below the TC. The following measurements are what I got. Harmonic Balancer 7.5 degrees Drive shaft 18.5 degrees Rear Diff 6.5 degrees Wierdly it now vibrates, it didn't before but now it does, especially under hard acceleration. I only drove it maybe a mile.

Any chance you can put a clearer pic of this diagram up. I can't read the numbers.

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

Do you guys recommend the rear diff being 1 degree lower than TC shaft so that on acceleration it lines up with the transfer case? I've read that in a few places.

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

Man! This is great info. I drove my Truck to work today. So I'll get a pic of motor mounts in the daylight tomorrow. I did take quick angle measurments on the Harmonic balancer and the rear diff last night. 81 degrees on the Harmonic Balancer and 77.8 degrees on the rear diff. That's...

Caster over front pinion angle or front pinion angle over caster

Oh sorry didn't see the comment about the 2nd and reverse. To answer that I would say originally when I bought the jeep. I did not have an issue with 2nd and reverse. However on inspection I realized my inner boot on the shifter was completely tore out and the shift tower boot was also torn...

Really. So you think it's got a transfer case drop?
