So I ended up cutting the red wire in half that would have led to the backup trigger wire, and just butted them together with a nut. So essentially it’s 2, the red coming from the yellow and the one I cut in half.

I believe the white wire when cut is to reverse the actual image on the screen, I guess depending where one wants to mount the camera. I cut it anyway just to see, Still no image….

Not sure if it matters but this radio has a dedicated camera input on the back and has no options to change the format. When I remove the one red 12v(+) coming from the yellow in the 2nd picture, Nothing happens. When I reattach it, the screen goes black in R. I feel it’s almost there but...

I’ve been driving around here locally for parts. Grabbed Currie front uppers from @thekidwithquestions, found an advanced adapters sye for $150 on FB too. Piling up parts to fix everything that’s wrong with it so he can drive comfortably and safely.
