Regretfully, I also cancelled my tent site reservation. We have new permanent guardianship of twin 6-year-old grand daughters at our 'advanced' age. As you can imagine it's a lot to deal with, they'll still be in school in April, and too much for grandma to deal with on her own for a week...

Nth Degree Mobility Owners Resource Thread

Add me to the list. PO said Nth Degree tummy tuck so that's all I know. Might have to use the resources here to visually verify.

You guys talked me into Milwaukee, so here we go

No shit. Was just clarifying the numbers. PP was on there when I bought the Jeep. They're unobtanium now and repair parts are hard to find.

I'll be on a cot or an air mattress in the tent. KOA just popped with a 30% Spring Discount but only had 1 SAND tent site available. I'll stick with the Sun unit and drive the 10 miles to town every day.

    Trackbar to Diff Interference

Solved that issue on mine with a Currie/Rock Jock trackbar replacing what might have been Rubicon Express. OEM 44 cover and RockHard HardHat.

How often should I grease centering ball in front driveshaft?

I'm late to every party... Is that a little spot of red grease? I'm not even sure I've ever seen the grease point on mine so guessing that's the location? In my defense, it got regeared and driveshafts balanced less than 3000 miles ago so my guy would have greased everything. But today I...

REAL WORLD COMPARISON: OEM Anti-Sway Bar w/ Disconnects vs. Antirock Off-Road Sway Bar vs. SwayLOC Dual Rate Anti Swaybar System

Confirm whether/where there's contact? Ya, I can do that. Wonder if my buddy will volunteer his forklift 😉. Gotta say it feels pretty good thru the roundabout and at 60 mph.

REAL WORLD COMPARISON: OEM Anti-Sway Bar w/ Disconnects vs. Antirock Off-Road Sway Bar vs. SwayLOC Dual Rate Anti Swaybar System

Good starting point? 10" shock, jacked up to 5" showing, SL set at 0*, level with floor. @ Ride height 3.7* D, 3.9* P

REAL WORLD COMPARISON: OEM Anti-Sway Bar w/ Disconnects vs. Antirock Off-Road Sway Bar vs. SwayLOC Dual Rate Anti Swaybar System

This is such good news. Just finishing up the SL passenger side and find no gap. The instructions made me shudder.

REAL WORLD COMPARISON: OEM Anti-Sway Bar w/ Disconnects vs. Antirock Off-Road Sway Bar vs. SwayLOC Dual Rate Anti Swaybar System

Look about right? A bit less coin than your selection. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/fkb-hjmx8t?rrec=true Finishing the SL install this afternoon so re-read the thread and found your links. Might as well have them on hand to swap if/when needed. TIA Looking forward to the test drive.

    SwayLOC vs AntiRock

I mean this nut/bolt combo is obnoxious. 7/8" sq. nut. Oh yeah, rivnuts! Use them a lot so will give it a shot. Thanks.

    SwayLOC vs AntiRock

Happy to announce no Currie bumper removal or loosening required. Very easy removing the AR. I did find however, that the SL has deeper bushings that reach the nutted bolts for my flat-tow setup. I removed one each side to clear the bushing and bar (bolt is also too deep into the tube) and...

RockHard Sport Cage Floor Mounts and Frame Mounts

I understand there isn't much affection for bolt-in 'sport cages' but the PO of my LJ had installed the RockHard sport cage and I'm not planning to remove it, but he stopped short of putting the floor braces in (from A-pilar to floor drain, bolted under the tub), which to me seems like a real...

    UPDATED 4/07. I'll give it a shot if it's ok. Gleaning from the comments in the thread. @Wildman @UhOh 4/25 - 5/5 @ChevyKeith @Roadcapt @JMT & @Apparition made comments but I'm not sure if they're in.

Black magic brakes and wheel backspacing?

Is 4" wheel backspacing too much for BMB 15/16" brake assembly? Considering putting my beadlocks on but they're 5.5" BS. I have NIB SpyderTrax 1.5" spacers. Ya, I'll search it but, well ya know.. 😆

    GMC Pickup Shocks?

Off topic.. trash it if inappropriate. Wife's '05 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4x4, 6.0 gasser is in need of shocks, still running OEM. Stock height. Looking at the usual suspects, Bilstein 4600, Rancho 5000X, Fox, etc. I run Fox 2.0 on my '05 Durmax with a Cognito leveling kit but that was 10 years ago...
