Also check your rear swaybar cushion they may be worn out. Crown #52088125, if you get new swaybar links get ones with rubber bushing may last longer.

I would bet you'll see wind chills that cold this winter. If your truck doesn't have a block heater and sits out put a battery maintainer on it. Nothing worse than a dead batt on a cold morning or working on your truck on a freaking cold morning.

I would offer 20K and have the extra 4k in my pocket. ask about gears, crawl under it look for leaks and any Offroad damage. Ask about last fluid changes( diffs,tcase ,trans ect) Take it for a drive and listen to it not just the stereo. Is there a soft top? Or just lay down 23K and call it good.

I would think your hood needs adjusting. Check the rubber bumpers under the front of the hood. See if they are there, may be able to adjust those. Also is there a rubber pad under the hood latches that the hood rests on there?
