You can replace just the pulley if the tensioner is still good. And Gates or Continental are good belts..

So you are using factory amp and factory replacement sub? Is the new deck wired for using factory sub? I believe that was a option in the wiring harness.

I have done it on the wife's 2 bugs. Her 2013 bug has 200k on it and is a highway commuter. The clear bra is still doing its thing does has some nicks in it though. Pricey to have done but with the curve of the bugs hood was smarter on my part to have done. On the jeep I would have it done...
